Superhub issues

My superhub has been working fine for ages but when I came home from work I couldn't connect, 4 or 5 reboots later started working. About an hour later same thing. I've had to do this throughout the weekend luckily I've been out a lot otherwise I'd go mad.

hiya @Chazmacq would first need to do a check on the signal levels if you could goto http://192.168.0.1 clicking router status top right [no need to login] and copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. also could be area issue https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status this will show regional issues.

nothing really showing an issue, could be area issue, would be around a week or less for a forum admin to reply or could contact broadband support via 150 / 0345 454 1111

Typically it has worked fine over past 2 days. I checked service on Friday and found no local issues
