Superhub constantly resetting. losing connectivity and internet

i'm getting fed up now with VM! i am on my 2nd superhub and this one appears to be faulty too. i keep losing wifi and internet. the superhub just resets itself. i have contacted VM and don't seem to be getting anywhere. does anybody have any idea's? i have 1 month left before my contract ends and im considering leaving as VM are useless!!

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband connection.

 

I've manged to locate your account, there are no time-outs reported within 7 days of the router being online and there are no faults reported.

 

You mentioned that the router resets itself, does it revert back to default settings or does it just reboot.

With the disconnections, do you notice any lights change on the router at all?
