Superhub cannot connect - access denied / t3 timeouts

For about an hour now (Friday 2nd 1130h) have been down. In modem mode on hub. Looks like it connects and then drops in a loop. In addition I see access denied in operation config. Had some issues yesterday with my ASUS router that sits behind the hub and temporarily switched it out for a Dlink. But switched back again and all was fine for the rest of the day and night until 1030h today. Related??

Spoke to Virgin who have arranged an engineer for next Wednesday !!!! Pretty hopeless Smiley Sad

Anything else I can try? Cables etc etc are all fine. TV and phone line ok.

How did the engineer visit go?
