Over the past couple of days I have tried changing several settings on my Superhub - SSID name & passphrase, WPS Pin, wireless band, channel number etc. But within 24 hours everything reverts back to default including the 'changeme' password?

Ideally you want the SH1 swapped out with a SH2 or SH2ac (The Hub 3 still has some firmware issues)
You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, (prefered) or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
I'm sorry to read that the Super Hub is resetting itself back to default. I can imagine how frustrating this must be.
