So far just searching the forums or calling tech support have fixed previous issues with the superhub 2, but unfortunately, since upgrading to the superhub 3, my laptop refuses to connect to the 5g network.
I use Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and so far I have had no issues connecting to any network at all but since upgrading to the superhub 3, whilst connecting to the 5ghz network, my laptop consistently will connect for around 2 minutes and then drop off. When I go to reconnect, it gets stuck with "obtaining the IP address" Whereas the 2.4ghz network seems to work fine (so far)
So I've tried the common sense approach, restarted, same thing. Turned off the wifi on my laptop, checking drivers are up to date, and so I am at a loss.
If anyone can shed some light, it would be greatly appreciated
