Thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear you're having difficulty connecting the hub 3 to your Samsung devices. How far along the setup process do you get before it fails to connect? Are you able to find the network and input the passphrase? if you can't see the wireless network or it fails to connect after you've input the passphrase can you try changing the wireless channel and see if this resolves the problem? Are you using the Samsung app on one of your devices to connect the speaker? There are some really helpful set up guides on the Samsung website which may also help too.
