Well...I was having issues with my SH2...called up and they sent a technician 12 days ago who 'upgraded' me to SH3 which would cure all my internet issues. Apparently not.
This one started rebooting on occasion which has now become more and more frequent (and ridiculous). Earlier today it was rebooting constantly for a few hours. It was only after pressing the reset button and several off and on's that I've managed to get a somewhat intermittent service. By intermittent I mean I've managed to connect twice in the last hour for about a total of 10 mins.
They are only able to send out another technician in 5 days time. Could they not arrange to have another hub delivered in the mean time? Is it too much to ask to be provided with Internet in 2016?
In the last hour I have left the SH3 alone and my laptop connected once, for about 2 minutes, with that yellow triangle with the exclamation mark...connected but no internet. Can't even get on to get these upstream/downstream things everyone is putting on here!
After reading through some posts on here, seems others are having similar issues. Fun times.
Will probably start looking at other providers. Been with these guys from back in the day when they took over ntl as my service provider...all good things must come to an end I guess!
