Superhub 3.0 Port Blocking

So all I want to do is block access to certain ports. However, on the new superhub, it has two fields:
Source port range
Destination port range

If I wanted to block ports 5000-5500, how am I supposed to know source port?

My firewall is enabled, if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance.

blank, any or all or 0,1-65535 but then the other question is this outgoing to incoming or incoming to outgoing... or both...
