Superhub 2ac green traffic light

I was using the Internet when suddenly I lost connection, I went to check on my router and the traffic light was flashing green and the ready button wasn't showing at all. It's been about 10 hours and it still hasn't come back on, any help would be appreciated thanks.

Re: Superhub 2ac green traffic light

As you can post here, can you use the Check Service Status (top right of this screen) to see if there is a known fault in your postcode area.  If you have a working VM landline you can also dial 150 and then 1 to see if there is any recorded service announcement.

Just a stretch of my imagination, looking at the time the signal was lost at around quarter past eleven it may be deliberate vandalism of a street cabinet by drunken yobs turning out of the pub or possibly even vandalism to the connection serving your property.  Might be worth just checking the cabling outside to see if the entry box or the cable is damaged.

Also check your indoor cable connections to the hub and the wall socket to make sure they haven't come loose.

Re: Superhub 2ac green traffic light

Hi gracjan_f10,

Welcome to the community. It's nice to have you here.

My apologies that you are experiencing loss of broadband service.

Is the broadband working ok for you now? Are you experiencing any further issues at all?

I was unable to locate your account to see if there are any issues with your connection. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details. If you are still having problems, by all means reply back to me and I will check this for you.

Hope to hear from you soon

Sam
