Superhub 2ac drops wifi but still shows connected on devices
Per the Android and IPhone devices in our house, they state that the Wifi is connected, however attempting to go onto a web page shows that we are not. This is intermittent so it can be working one minute and then the next it doesn't. I spoke to Virgin Media on 151 last night and all they did was change the 2.4 ghz channel from Auto to a fixed number as they said that this constantly looking on Auto was the issue. This didn't work as this morning the wifi dropped again but still showed as connected on the devices. so the guy didn't know what he was talking about. After a few minutes it starts working again. This has only been happening for the last 3 days.
