Superhub 2

I am having problems with the 2g signal from the hub. The 5g is absolutely fine but obviously has a smaller reach and we still have 2g only laptops. At present the only way to get connected via 2g is to reset the hub, we are doing this 5-6 times per day. There is a strong signal but no connection even in the same room - on any device, iPhone, laptop, Kindle or firestick.

I copied the following if it means anything to anyone. Any advice appreciated.

Re: Superhub 2

Hi peeriejohnny,

Thanks for finding your way to our Forum for help, welcome to our Community Smiley Happy

I have tested your connection but I'm not able to detect any issues from here. I wonder if making some wireless settings adjustments would help?

Optimising your Hub's wireless signal

Changing your Hub's wireless channel

Please give the advice from the above links a try and let us know if that helps at all. Also, when you say that resetting your Hub is the only way to connect to the 2.4GHz frequency, do you mean rebooting (powering off and on) or resetting (restoring factory settings)?

If the former please try a factory reset. If all of this fails then perhaps a replacement Hub should be the next step, so keep us updated Smiley Happy
