Re: Superhub 2 shows green flashing transfer light.

Hi Malcath,

Welcome to the Community!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.

Speak soon Smiley Very Happy

Josh

Re: Superhub 2 shows green flashing transfer light.

Hi guys,

Had the engineer out today and he fitted an attenuator to my super hub, but as of 21:30 today my original problem has returned, is there another reason this could be happening, my Internet had been fine for a week.

Re: Superhub 2 shows green flashing transfer light.

Hi there Malcath,

Thanks for getting back to us and apologies you are still having an issue with your broadband connection.

Just for me to understand this issue better, can you let me know a few things please?

Does the light on the router still flash green?

Do you notice this issue on both wired and wireless devices?

To be able to retrieve the network logs, type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, no need to sign in, on the top right you will see router status. Within here you will have network log. You can copy and paste this information, that would be great. If you are unable to do this on your phone, can you try on a PC/laptop please?

Speak soon

Sam

Re: Superhub 2 shows green flashing transfer light.

Hi Sam,

The problem disappeared again on Sunday and as of now has not resurfaced.

I checked the network log and it had this:

Network Log

First TimeLast TimePriorityError NumberDescription
09/03/2017 11:13:29 GMT09/03/2017 11:13:29 GMTCritical (3)82000700

Unicast Ranging Received Abort Response - initializing MAC

It was just the same thing repeated multiple times, I have now cleared the log but nothing new is coming up when I refresh now.

Also I have yet to try testing wired devices when the problem occurs, if it happens again I will make sure to try this.

Thanks for checking up on this.
