Superhub 2 problems with 5GHz connection

I have a Superhub 2 router and it has developed a strange problem. Any device connected to 5GHz wifi after an hour or so does not access the internet. 2.4GHz is not affected. The wifi signal at 5GHz is not affected either, only connectivity TCP/IP traffic. I have tested with various devices, Apple TV, laptop, desktop... all work on both 2.4 and 5 GHz but after some time 5GHz simply stops to be able to access the internet. If I reboot the router or if I access the router's web interface and disable and then enable 5GHz, it works. But again only for 30-60 minutes. This is very annoying what do I have to do to get this fixed? I have tried to contact your helpdesk but it is always so busy!! Please help me. Thank you.
