Superhub 2 keeps turning off

Good evening,
Our Superhub 2 has over the last 4 weeks started turning itself off randomly albeit regularly.
It appears as though the power button is popping out.
It usually comes back on at the first, but usually the second or third attempt when you turn it on.
However, it will inevitably switch itself off again a day or two later.
Might it be possible for us to be sent a replacement as this is very much a physical problem.

C'mon VM Re: Superhub 2 keeps turning off

This has not gotten any better and now when it tuns off and you get it restarted -can take 8 or 10 attempts to get the power button to stay in if you press the wps button it all shuts off again...
Also why is it taking ages for anyone form vm to actually respond...
Feeling very frustrated and ignored!!!

Per update guess just gonna be ignored well that's fine wI'll leave and VM can lose another customer whose been happy for last 3 years.....

It takes around 1-2 weeks from your last post for a member of Virgin Staff to see your message.

Every time you post on your thread it gets put to the back of your queue.

If you can afford to wait the time, then your issue will be looked into and maybe even resolved.
