Superhub 2 crashing

Having enjoyed a relatively stable service, and hub performance for some time, I am now having to reset, by power cycling, my superhub on an almost daily basis.  This is similar, but different to the 2.4 GHz wifi dropping thread that is growing rapidly.

Symptoms:

First sign is usually I'm not able to connect to either a 2.4 or 5 GHz wifi connect with a variety of error messages on the device I'm trying to connect.

appears to affect all devices on a wireless connection.( 4 total)

wifi panel lights may be on or off in any combination, but remain static with no traffic flicker.

Wired connection is OK with good speedtest results.

unable to connect to web interface at 192.168.0.1

power cycling resolves all of the symptoms for approx. 24 hours.

Nothing obvious in the logs.

Thoughts ?

Re: Superhub 2 crashing

Hi Outlaw-Boater,

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection.

I have taken a look and it seems your modem SNR is a little on the low side, which can affect the quality of your wireless connection.

I would like to get an engineer out to have this corrected for you. I will pop you a PM to get this arranged. Keep an eye out for the Purple Envelope, top right hand corner.

Speak to you soon.

Emma
