Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear of the problems you're having with devices dropping out on 5G. How far from the hub are you when the 5G connection drops? Everything looks great when testing your hub so I've included a link which has some info on improving the wireless connection around the home.
The hub is in the open with no restrictions around it and I find that Apple devices latch onto 2g rather than 5g which then takes forever to load anything if at all. Originally everything hooked onto the 5g straight away.
