SuperHub2 Drooping Wifi connection Faulty router?

Hi, Since last few weeks Iam having a problem with speed on my Wifi..

Speed is getting dropped to 0.5-1mbps

I am loosing connection few times a days or speed connection is dropping to 1mb/s

After router reboot it's sorts out, but come back after 20-24 hours time. I am having this broadband almost a two years, so basically I need to restart my router every day :/

I dont have any problem on Wired connection, Problem occurs only on Wifi on mutltiple devices.

 

It is looks like the router is faulty ?

 Is it possible to arrange replacement?

 

Looking a advice as this getting frustrating me !

Hope all is well. Thanks for taking the time to post back on the community. It's nice to have you here.

 

My apologies that you are having issues with the broadband connection.

 

I've checked your account for any issues, there are no faults reported and the network is running stable which is good.

 

I can see from your first thread, that I mentioned to try and change the wireless channel to improve the connection. Did you manage to try this at all?

Hello,

Yes I tried that already, It is looks like my Router is fauly, only reboot fixing performance for another 20-30hours.
