Having problems with the 2.4Ghz connection on my Superhub 2. Lose connection every few days to all devices connected to 2.4ghz. 5ghz connection is fine. A reset of the hub fixes the issue but it's frustrating having to do this. All lights on the Hub are solid blue. I've had a replacement hub and still having problems. I've changed wireless channels but to no avail. Very frustrating, especially when devices don't support 5ghz. I've seen other topics on this. Are Virgin doing anything about this?
Really sorry for the trouble you've been having with your connection.
Thanks for completing all of these checks for us.
I've had a look at your account and I am unable to detect any issues with either the equipment levels or network segment at present.
I can see that the Wi-Fi channels have reverted back to "Auto". I'd recommend changing your wireless settings again and monitoring your connection within the next 24 hours for us, if possible? There are also WiFi-Analyser type applications that you can download which can assist with determining the least congested channels to utilise.
Please get back to me if you're still having trouble with this tomorrow.
