Have been trying to get online since 11am but the middle light on my SuperHub (ready light) won't come on. I've used the service checker and apparently there's no problems in my area, turned the Hub off and back on, still nothing. I'd like to get this resolved before my boyfriend gets back from university as I know he has a lot of work to do.
