SuperHub VMDG490 wi-fi dropping out

Sorry the format is all wrong.  Seems to be a lot of DHCP RENEW sent - No response for IPv4 whatever that means!  Many thanks in advance

Apologies for your recent poor connection. But thanks for coming to us for help with this and welcome to our Community Smiley Happy

My tests of your connection reveal that one of the upstreams is reporting an incredibly high amount of T3 timeouts and very low modem SNR.

There are no faults on the upstream network segment so I suspect a Hub or some other localised fault.

I'd like to arrange for an engineer to visit, so please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll schedule an appointment for you.

By the way, this may or may not be related to the issue you've reported, but we absolutely have to address this before moving forwards.
