Recently our SuperHub VMDG480 has started, at random times, going into a cycle of rebooting itself every 10 minutes (confirmed by logging in and looking at the status of the modem). We've had the unit for a long time and through multiple properties so I'm wondering if its starting to come to the end of its life span. Is a VMDG480 one of the original modem/routers? We recently had our external cable changed incase that was what was causing the problems but it continues to happen and the TV signal is perfect.
What is Virgin's policy on replacing dodgy modem/routers?
