SuperHub 3 keeps disconnecting

Since last weekend (1st April) my SuperHub 3 periodically loses its connection. The light starts to blink green and the wifi and internet icons flash green also. This most recently happened about half an hour ago today (3rd April, 7:30ish PM). Below is the network log information:

Can anyone please advise? My internet connection appears to be fine now, solid white light but the green wifi signal won't stop flashing.

Hi there pragma,

 

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

Sorry to read you are having an issue with your broadband connection.

 

I'm glad there has been an improvement with the connection, however when checking your account, I did notice the upstream power levels are locked onto one channel and running too high. This will need an engineer visit to check this for you and I have sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.

 

In regards to the wireless light flashing, you can check this thread for more information > Wifi Light Flashing on my hub3.
