SuperHub 3.0 Wired Connection Keeps Cutting Out

I recently got the VIVID Gamer package from Virgin and I was sent a SuperHub 3.0 and ever since I installed it my connection has been cutting out every 10-30 minutes...
I am connected with my Ethernet Cable and I know my Cable is fine as it had no problems on my old Hub.
I was wondering if anyone had any idea what I could do?
Should I down grade?, I have no idea what to do and as I work online I need this problem fixed as fast as possible.

I've tried to run some checks from here but I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account. I will need some information from you before I can proceed with diagnostics.
