I'm having problems connecting devices to my 5g wireless network. I cannot connect on my computer or mobile devices.
I get the a notification that that the 5G network "has the self assigned IP address 169.254.197.5 and will not be able to connect to the internet"
Can connect to 2G network fine.
Side-note: Been working fine for years until VM sent a tech around a couple of months ago to fix a problem with the cable network outside but he messed around with some router settings and 5G wireless has not worked since..........
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your 5GHz wireless network. Have you tried a factory reset of the hub to get the default settings back? You can do this by holding a pin in the reset hole at the back of the hub or from inside the hubs config pages at 192.168.0.1.
