Super hub 2ac traffic light green

The traffic light on my super hub 2ac is flashing green and cannot connect to the internet at all.
I have tried resetting this, unplugging etc but still isn't working.

Have you tried the service status page to see if there are any known issues in your area?

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know that your traffic light is flashing green and there's no connection, I apologise for any inconvenience.

Just a quick post to see how things are for you now?

If you're having troubles still, please respond to me here with a recent copy of your Hubs logs. You can find these by opening your internet browser and typing 192.168.0.1 into the address bar. before logging in it will say 'Router Status' in the top right hand corner, click there and all the information is inside.
