Hi, I've been on VM cable for 5 or so years at our current property. Mostly its been a good service, occasionally had to reboot the router and had it replaced a couple of years ago.
I've got the router in modem mode as I need a better router on my network. It seems to be crashing regularly, resulting in no internet connection. I am unable to ping or log in to the router (192.168.100.1) and I can log in to and ping all other devices on my network.

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power levels that's likely causing your issue. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange fro a technician to sort it out for you.
