Super Hub 2ac Locks Up

Hi

I have had my Super Hub 2ac installed since September 2015 and it has worked flawless since that date. However that all changed on 16/01/2017 as the super hub will now always lock up when playing video games online or streaming any tv/film, via Amazon Prime Video or the sky tv app, on either my Playstation 4, Playstation 3 or Xbox 360.  All consoles are connected to the router via a wired connection. It normally locks up within 10 minutes of starting any of these activities and will remain so from anywhere between 15 minutes and 3 hours and will normally come back online on its own.  While locked I am unable to connected to the super hub via a ethernet connection or wirelessly and am unable to ping the router via a pc.

Resetting the router will not unlock it and performing a factory default has not fixed the issue.

While using my ipad to surf the net, including youtube, I never experience the fault which seems to point to the fault occurring only when I put the super hub under load.

I have checked the super hubs logs and there is a link in date/time between the lockups and an event called 'illegal fragments'.  Please see below for turther firewall log details.

Just to add that when my super hub is working it avarage out at about 25mb download speeds even though I am surposed to be on a 200mb contract.

The equipment is likely fine its that firmware update I bet.

What firmware your SH2ac on Jamie1176 ?
