Super Hub 2 disconnects from devices frequently.

Can someone please advise how I get my Super Hub 2 replaced? I am getting annoyed from the fact of having to reset the modem a few times a day because it fails to communicate with my smart TV and other devices. This has been on going for the past 2 weeks. Before that it was only once in a while where I didn't mind resetting it. But now, I have I am getting the problem frequently and having to listen to my kids moan. I have had this Super Hub for a few years now, so I guess it's time to change it.

Sorry to hear that you're having to reset your Superhub frequently. Can you confirm if you're having to reset (with a pin) or reboot (remove power cable) to get your connection up and running? We will need to perform diagnostics before we can replace your equipment. May I ask fi you're having problems with your hard-wired connection or does this only affect the wireless?
