Super Hub 2 connection is rubbish now

Having an issue more than once a day or so where all a sudden internet connection will drop and the only way to resolve this is to reset the Superhub 2.

This is becoming very frustrating and makes it hard for me to work from home. I understand a friend who had had the same issue and she had her router replaced with a newer model by Virgin. Makes me wonder if my Superhub needs replacing as it is over two years old.

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your issues with your connection being rubbish, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested things from here and I can see that you're only locking onto one upstream channel and an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.
