My super hub 2 has been constantly dropping it's connection for around 4/5 days now and then it comes back on after around 5 minutes, however last night it cut out completely and I've had no internet since... all I've got is a flashing green arrow, any ideas??

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I've picked up an issue with your upstream power levels. This is likely causing the fluctuations you've mentioned. I'd like to send you a technician to adjust these levels and take a look at your Superhub 2.
