Re: Speed

Assuming both pc and ipad are in the same location, and assuming the pc reading is in Mbps and not MBps then its either
The pc's wifi adapter... is it a wifi dongle or inbuilt, what are its specs etc.

The location of the pc's wifi adapter.. i.e. is it a usb wifi stick on a pc thats on the ground etc?

Or there are some comments on windows 10 not linking the sh or something (sorry haven't read them) which might be worth a look.

Re: Speed

It's a USB wifi stick in PC sitting on table. Don't know spec of stick. Operating system is windows 7. Just moved to present address where I was with Sky. PC is now slower and IPad faster.

Re: Speed

Issue now resolved by a member of Virgin tech team. Now getting 75+ on IPad when in same location as router and 35+ on PC which is another room separated by 2 brick walls. Delighted with the outcome.
