Speed and connection issues

My internet keeps dropping and my speeds are low even when in the same room as the hub. Can anyone help

1st need to work out if this is an internet or wifi issue.

Do you have a stable connection wired ?

I don't have a wired connection other than the TiVo box.

Sorry to hear about the connection problems you're experiencing. I've checked this and I can't seem to find anything out of place right now. As you're using a wireless connection, you might just need to change your wireless channel. Often this action will improve problems caused by wireless interference.
