Sonos dropping in and out

Hi there, Have recently bought a Sonos 1. Worked fine to start but recently has started dropping in and out, especially on internet radio. Have followed all of the instructions from the Sonos support team but no joy. Have also noticed that my internet connectivity doesn't seem as good when streaming videos (this may just be me over noticing though) Any advice on what to try?

Welcome to our forum, I am sorry we were a bit slow getting here and the Sonos problems, must be well frustrating. The connection is looking good with low levels of noise and area traffic. It does suggest that perhaps the wireless bit is the weak link, we have a guide that may help Getting the best Wireless Network Signal although we would ultimately recommend a wired connection for streaming.
