Solid Green light on Super hub 2

Hi
My router currently shows a solid green light which before today was a Solid Blue light.
Have reset box numerous times done both a soft and full factory reset via the reset button and via the interface and still have no Internet access

My advice would be to contact customer services in the morning to find out if there is a connection issue in your area.

Hi

Good news...Engineer turned up today and replaced with a Superhub 3 as the Superhub 2 was obviously knackered

Bad news......we have had no internet from last Wednesday which is poor
