So sick of losing wifi

I am getting so sick and tired of glitchy wifi and no connection!?
This happens daily and ranges from 30 minutes - 4 hours of no connection.
We end up using mobile phone data (like I am now to post this comment/question).
Don't no what I am paying for.
I have phoned virgin on several occasions and changed certain settings etc, but when you advertise that you have faster broadband (that we have) than other leading suppliers it is really frustrating!!
Can someone please check why this keeps happening.
Router has been restarted since posting this comment and question and still no wifi again!!

hiya @Lewispaul to check of the signal levels if you could goto http://192.168.0.1 clicking on router status top right [no need to login] and if you could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log (don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it), also what model of hub do you have?
as for the connection virginmedia and don't think any ISP in the world would guarantee wifi connectivity, since there is to many factors which can effect signal..

Thanks for your reply. I am still receiving no wifi sand have decided to cancel my virgin account as it is up for renewal.
