Slow broadband

My broadband has gone down to 12mbps was 200 two weeks ago but keeps getting slower and slower dont really have time to sit on phone for 30 mins to report fault

You should ask what a "review date" means. Have they planned the area works? Have the actual remediation works been commenced?
