I recently moved house and self-installed. At first, everything went smoothly. Then my upload speed suddenly dropped. Had an engineer booked, but it fixed itself, so I cancelled the engineer. Now the problem has reappeared. Using Super hub 2ac. Below are the downstream and upstream numbers from the router page.

I've run a diagnostic and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power Levels that will need to be adjusted. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to visit.
