My Sky On Demand service has suddenly stopped working on both my wired and wireless connected sky boxes. I have a connection to the router but I have a fail on connection to On Demand services. Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions on how to fix this?
I'm in Southampton SO16 and it's happened to me as well. Reset and rebooted everything but still down. Also my Roku streamer will not connect to anything, cannot get into some sky help sites, and various other site pages will not load, but the good news is my speed tester shows I'm getting 95 out of 100!!!!. Status check says there is no problem with broadband here.
So, to all intents the internet is fine, it's just not working. Presume/hope it is a Virgin problem that will sort itself quickly.
