We've had a virgin media connection for about a fortnight now, and pretty much daily all internet will just cut out for some time (tried wireless and wired) - can anyone help?!

I have tested things from this side for you and I noticed that both of your upstream power levels are too low and will need an engineer to attend in order to resolve things for you.
