Been having issues all day with broadband here in Derby, getting two minutes of connection followed by 30 minutes of nothing! Whenever I attempt to check service status I get an 'Oops something went wrong' message or am redirected to a page that says they are updating the website. Anyone else experiencing these problems? I don't have time to call Virgin to ascertain whether this is an individual or area problem and usually rely on the service status check to work this out.

I've run diagnostic on your equipment and although the hub appears to be online, I can see issues with the power levels that are likely to cause problems. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to take a look for you.
