I've gone onto the page where you can see your downstream etc and this is what is states in my network log just for today.. this has been happening for over a week non stop am paying a full bill for shoddy service.

Re: Service Fault

Hi Bro84

It would be useful if you could also post your Upstream and Downstream data from the hub's management screens.

Re: Service Fault

Looks like a nice healthy set of figures.  Both Upstream and Downstream power level are within spec as is the SNR, so no obvious explanation there.

Have you checked that your cable connection hasn't come loose either at the back of the hub or at the wall socket?

Re: Service Fault

I have checked the hub all over.

I also want to point out that i have a cable running from the loft that the hub is connected to & not a virgin box installed in the wall, although this my not be the issue i still feel its information that could be involved in some way.

I am seriously thinking about switching internet providers. I have a engineer coming out to check the hub over but this hub was a new one replaced from the old faulty one so i cant see it being the hub. It was running perfect before i moved house and during the first week of being in the new house so i dont think its the area. Something is wrong and its frustrating to be paying a full bill with services that cut off every 10 mins. I literally cant do anything with this internet.

Re: Service Fault

Could the wire in the loft be faulty and this maybe my issue?

Re: Service Fault

The odd T3 is not necessarily a problem but you do need that engineer visit.

I would suggest you edit your last post to remove your WAN IP address entries ... not good to publicise that.

ETA: it's ok a Mod got there quickly.
