I have a Samsung J3 that will not stay connected to wi-fi. I have tried rebooting both phone and hub, I have tried changing the name of my network and I have spoke to someone at VM who got it connected but now it has lost it again. It says authentication error. Any other suggestions???

I appreciate the phone you have is disconnecting from the Wi-Fi and that must be frustrating
If you take a look at our Phone Support site and select the make and model of your phone then check out our helpful information there, this may allow you to permanently get a connection back on the Wi-Fi.
