Samsung J3 Connectivity

Hi Guys 

hope somebody can help!! 

My sons got a new Samsung j3 and we can't connect the wifi to the super hub . I've seen a load of posts on this forum but nobody seems to have come to a satisfactory conclusion . Hope someone can help as it's costing me a fortune in data!!

Hi John

thanks for the link however the phone is trying to establish a connection but keeps phasing in and out. We've tried every option on the phone and now believe it to be the smart hub.

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy

I’m sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi issue that you’re experiencing, I have found a few handy tips if you would like to try them: 

 

  • Forget the Wi-Fi connection on the handset, reboot the handset and reboot your modem. Connect back up.
  • Try connecting via WPS button on the Super Hub
  • Change the Super Hub password - and try connecting again.
