SUPERHUB 2 - Wi Fi or Direct Link

I use the Superhub 2 for my Computer / Laptop etc using WiFi with no major problems. I recently bought a TP-LINK set up which sends a signal through the house's electric system. However the system needs to be connected to the superhub 2 via a Ethernet Port, but when I tried this the Wi Fi stopped working. It does appear that the hub cannot deal with Wireless and Direct Link at the same time. Am I right?

Re: SUPERHUB 2 - Wi Fi or Direct Link

You are right if you say that happened to you. But in the general case that is not so.

At leadt if I have understood you correctly. You have bought a TP-Link Powerline kit. Perhaps you could tell us the model. If set up correctly, there should be no relationship between Tp-link WiFi and the hub's WiFi.

So please tell us more. Detail is everything.

Re: SUPERHUB 2 - Wi Fi or Direct Link

Some Homeplugs crash the SH2, a SH3 would fix this

Re: SUPERHUB 2 - Wi Fi or Direct Link

After further tests I realise the problem is the TP-LINK POWERLINE. I am returning it. Problem over.
