SUPER HUB 3.0 DISCONNECTING!!

I am using my router in standard router mode, and every now and again it will disconnect, and then reconnect within a couple of mins, especially frustrating while streaming video.  I have seen similar issues posted on the forum, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Log to the super hub at 192.168.100.1 and post your upstream, downstream and logs

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to read that you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection.

 

I've taken a look at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. There have been no time-outs reported since the router has been online and there are no faults reported.

 

When the broadband disconnects, does this happen on both wired and wireless devices?

Do the lights on the router change at all?

I can see that legacy1 has given advice to post your router information, if you can post these when you get chance as it will be very helpful.
