SH2 Dropping wifi

Afternoon

My superhub 2 keeps dropping wifi connections and the only way to reconnect through wifi is to rest the router it's a daily occurrence. There's only 6-7 devices connected and 1 of them on LAN which isnt affected on drop outs.

I'll do what I can to sort this out for you, just need to check a few things first if you don't mind.

  • Have you attempted a factory reset?
  • Are the disconnects affecting the 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency?
  • Is any error message displayed on the connected device?

It affects both 2.4 and 5g, the devices say connected but no Internet. Hardwired devices are fine. All devices connected by WiFi drop at the same time and only way to reconnect is to turn off the hub and turn back on after a few min's. This is now happening 3-4 times a day.
