Recently been having massive issues getting a consistent connection to wifi. Connection lasts a few minutes then drops. Can't do anything. Called customer support yesterday and was told it's because of upgrading in the area and will be going on until June. Not acceptable as far as I'm concerned will be giving BT a ring unless something is done. Anyone else experiencing difficulties?
Is a wired connection direct to the SHub okay? Work on the VM network would affect both wired and wifi.
Have you tried both 5G and 2.4G wifi bands? Are they equally affected?
If only the wifi is giving problems it could be due to the SHub, positioning of equipment, wireless interference or your wifi channels clashing with others around you. Downloading a free wifi analyser app to a phone or tablet could help troubleshooting.
Sorry to hear about the poor wireless connection you're experiencing. I wonder if you've tried changing your wireless channel yet? This can help improve the performance of your Wi-Fi. How does your hard-wired connection perform?
