Routor will not assign a ip address

had this issue for a while. after a couple of hours of rebooting my super hub 2ac. no new devices can join the network. although this seem not to effect apple devices. on both windows and android devices it connects but fails to assign an IP address.

I have reset the device to default settings and got a new Super Hub, yet it is still happening. the only way to fix it is to restart it. but it only works for up to 24 hours. any help would be appreciated.

Re: Routor will not assign a ip address

odd that it should happen on the replacement hub2, and on both windows and android devices.

Do you have the same problem on wired and wifi connections ?

Re: Routor will not assign a ip address

Hey Window_94,

Thanks for getting in touch Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear about your connection problems. As this is only affecting your wireless, I wonder if you've tried to change your operating channel? Often this will help with wireless problems.

Please let us know if this helps,

Take care.
