Router replacement?

Hi,

I've been having issues with my router for a while now. The WiFi cuts out constantly making it impossible to surf the web or anything, and on Ethernet it takes multiple refreshes to get pages to load and it's driving the whole family crazy now!

The router is placed in a good position and never used to cut out.

Is it possible to get one replaced through here or do I need to ring support?

it may be faulty but then again it may be many other things - start by posting some info from the SH

log into superhub - 192.168.0.1 - DON'T SIGN IN, click router status [top right] - and post the downstream and upstream figures

Received a call from 0121 445 3804 this morning. Claiming to be from Virgin Media about a problem with my router. Hung up quickly when I asked for a call back no. Total scam.
