The short version. Over the last 12 months I've had to reboot my router no fewer than 54 times. I've logged them after being patronised and treated like a muppet by so called customer service. I don't want to jump through their hoops as I know the router is the issue here. I just want it sorted. If VM are incapable of fixing it then they can have their equipment back and I'll transfer to another service provider.
